My Journey, Continued

It's no secret that I think that each and every one of us, as Catholics, are called to live our faith in all aspects of our lives. Use words, if necessary. It isn't always easy to publically stand up for what you believe. I like this quote from Bishop Fulton J. Sheen:

Who is going to save our Church? Not our bishops, not our priests and religious. It is up to you, the people. You have the minds, the eyes, and the ears to save the Church. Your mission is to see that your priests act like priests, your bishops act like bishops, and your religious act like religious."

oh i have absolutely no problem with standing up for the faith. none at all. i do it with respect, and dignity. if someone is attacking the faith, then i do not argue but discuss what they are attacking and offer proof as to why they are wrong, or try to show them the truth.

Yes, by prayer and not by criticism.
